We will collect personal data directly from you when you purchase goods.   We require you to provide personal data in order for us to provide the goods and services you want from us.   This data is required in order for us to perform our contract with you and if you do not provide the personal data we request we will be unable to enter into or fulfil this contract.  The personal information which we hold maybe accessed by our staff and by those who provide support services to us.  We may also share it with third parties such as banking/merchant services and to third party suppliers  where necessary to supply services to you.  We may need to use third party suppliers to supply some of our products, if the delivery is beyond our area range, and your order contact details (but not your credit /debit card or financial details) shall be passed to those relevant third party suppliers for the purpose of delivering your order.

If you follow or interact with us on any of our pages on third party Social Media platforms, such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, the information you provide will be subject to the third party’s privacy policy as well as this privacy policy.

We only keep your data for as long as we are required to do so by law.

Our site is powered by Squarespace and payments are made through Stripe.com.   Both companies have  updated their Terms of Service and Privacy policy to be GDPR compliant.

We may amend this policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will make an announcement on the website.
